RETURNS
We hope you love your Reviu Studio pieces. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In their original condition

Returned with all original tags and packaging

Free from stains, odors, deodorant, makeup, body products, or other signs of wear

Returned with the hygiene liner fully attached and intact, where applicable
For hygiene reasons, please try on underwear over your own undergarments.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
RETURN SHIPPING
As an independent brand, we currently do not offer free returns.
A $6.90 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for returns within the United States.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please use the return label provided through our return process. Reviu Studio is not responsible for returns sent using an unauthorized shipping method or to an incorrect address.
REFUNDS
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll let you know whether your return has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus the $6.90 return shipping fee and any original shipping charges.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
FINAL SALE
Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
For hygiene reasons, any underwear returned without its original hygiene liner, or showing signs of wear, washing, or use, is considered final sale and cannot be refunded.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item so our team can make it right.
If the issue is confirmed to be our error, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return your eligible item and place a new order.
This helps us keep inventory accurate, especially for limited releases and styles that may sell out quickly.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with the return.
Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
